Return Policy
Free returns are available within 14 days of receiving your product.
To return your item(s):
- Place the item in the original shipping box.
- Fill in the returns form. Select one of the reason codes against your return.
- To request the appropriate customs documentation and indications, contact our Customer Service by phone (US 1 833 296 9039 /Rest of the world +800 3296 9039) or by email [email protected]
- Print and fill the customs forms.
- Enclose the returns form and the customs documentation with your parcel.
- Close the box and secure the UPS prepaid return label to the parcel.
- Send us your package:
- From your nearest UPS Access point: www.ups.com
- Or contact UPS by phone 1 866 782 7892 to organize the collect of your parcel.
Should you have any issues, please contact our Customer Service by phone (US 1 833 296 9039 / Rest of the world +800 3296 9039) or by email [email protected] indicating your name and order number.
As standard delivery is complimentary, we will not refund delivery costs if you choose to have the product delivered by Express delivery.
All returned items must be sent with the original Paco Rabanne packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at the time of delivery. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted.
All returns must be made from the country where the order was placed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please keep proof of shipment until you have received confirmation of your refund.
