Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
All orders are shipped with Fedex and requires a signature upon delivery.
All orders are fully traceable using the tracking number your received in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
For security purposes, Paco Rabanne reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
How to make a return?
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Conditions Required: Items must be new, unworn and in their original packaging with the tag attached to the garment.
- Incomplete items, damaged, used or soiled may not be returned.
- You need to ask for a return sending an email to email@example.com or the “Contact us” section on the website.
- Place the item with its original label and box in a protective package and stick the return slip that we sent to you by email.
- Contact the carrier to plan a pickup.
- Returns that do not answer to these conditions may be rejected by our society.

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fifteen (15) working days from the date on which you received them from pacorabanne.com; signing reception date as official proof. Return items must be shipped back to PACO RABANNE within fifteen (15) working days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping carrier we used to make the delivery following the below conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- a. we invite you to ask a return within fifteen (15) days from the date of your receipt thereof; signing reception date as official proof;
- b. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- c. the products are returned in their original packaging;
- d. the returned items must be shipped back to PACO RABANNE within fifteen (15) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, PACO RABANNE will refund the price of the returned purchased products excluding initial charge shipping.
By using the online Return Form, you will not have to take care of the return shipping costs, PACO RABANNE will pay the return shipping costs for you directly to DHL.
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, products will be automatically sent back to you and PACO RABANNE will pay for that.
REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
After PACO RABANNE has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements; you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when PACO RABANNE was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once PACO RABANNE has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used.
For your information, your bank can take until 10 open days to proceed to your refund. It depends of your credit card supplier and we are not able to accelerate it.
If the order is a gift, the refund will be made on the bank account of the person who did the payment.
Exchange: We do not allow exchanges. Otherwise, you can return the item ordered, request a refund, and then purchase the new item separately in a new order.
All products sold by PACO RABANNE include an identification tags attached complete with a safety pin. Please try on the products without removing the tags. Returned products without the tags will not be accepted.
Returns have to be shipped by the carrier indicated by PACO RABANNE. You need to stick the return slip on the package and follow the “Return” information” notice that came with your order. This process will allow PACO RABANNE to pay the return shipping costs and check at any time where your parcel is.
Before sending your return, you have to send an email to email@example.com and wait for our agreement.
